i expected it to have a shank attached and be ready for use, however when i looked at the description it stated that there was no shank with it, in my opinion it should not have been illustrated with a shank if that was not how it was going to be sold, i tried several places to buy a shank without any luck, the hole in the shovel was very wide so an ordinary shank was no good and so i havnt been able to use it , waste of money.

A great shovel for removing moss and weeds on patios and paths . Sharp blade will cut through tons of weeds and lifts grass with roots . Only challenge is getting a pole to fit as it needs a larger than standard diameter pole . Most supplies only have that size on their own make of tools. I have ordered one from Amazon but it has not arrived yet .

After getting over the initial shock of there not being a handle and that uk broom handles are 3cm not 3.5 cm. The actual blade is great, cleared moss with ease and I am very very happy. Top tip is if you get a 3cm handle wrap gaffer tape around the bottom to the correct size and it's a winner!!
