I bought 5 of the initial lights. They were smaller than I expected. The 2 A initials were okay. The R & B initials were poor quality and poorly finished. The J initial was terrible looks like a child made it. I'm disappointed in the quality if these items as I bought them as Xmas gifts.

From different battery powered outlet on the O and M letters one for the UL and the other is foreign.
The letter O is bigger than M which is odd when your spelling MOM

Very poor service. Had to get Klarna to intervene. Thiught it was a scam. Wrote several times to warmyard and got no reply. No order confirmation, ni despatch info, no trackingI had actually given up any hope of seeing the product. Whilst the domain is.co.uk I think it may be a Chinese outfit so beware. Will never order again as the customer service is non existent. Only positive is the product was ok

It looks more likely a "W" than an M.
Was supposed to be red roses, didn't get them either. Just a couple of random flowers, but at least the light works. Also, it's a lot thinner than advertised too.
Can't say I'm impressed. You shouldn't advertise for something that doesn't look the same when you get it.

This product is appalling quality, it is nothing like the picture I ordered it from, it has rough in finished edges on the back, the legs of the letter M are wonky and different sizes, I can not believe you can get away with selling utter rubbish .
